Beautiful Community. What was most appealing was the professionalism and happy energy of the Property Manager, Ms. Lara. She took her time to show me around the units and the community. Very impressive customer service.

I have lived here at Windrush Court for almost 2 years. I think it is a very nice place. I find the other residents and staff (Lara and Sammy)very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking, we also have a laundry mat right here so if you don't have a washer and dryer in your apartment you just use this one without traveling. The price is in range with the other rentals in the area.The only noise I ever hear is from the trucking company next to us. If you have any problems as soon as you let Lara know, it is usually taken care of the same day unless you ask late in the then is would be taken care of the very next day. I find the location is great we have a community pool 1 block from us, a variety of stores are very close, and best of all it is within 10 minutes from my job.

i am a resident and when when i was looking for a place i contacted the property manager Lara she was always helpful she provided excellent service she is awesome any time someone ask me that they need to find a place i always recommend them to call Lara i have been living at my resident for about 5 years and i am very happy there.

I came in today and was looking for a two bedroom apartment but it wasn’t available Lara showed me unit 50 which was a one bedroom and I feel in love with it and was super happy didn’t even care that it didn’t have two rooms super spacious ! Lara was so helpful and informational and was a very happy individual and was super excited to meet her today !

I’ve been here for over four years, the general location is great for shopping, gas station, and the VA which has a bus route 595 located right out in front there’s another bus to catch on Orange Grove the 140 goes into Fort Myers
